CDA Merchant Academy

This is event is open to CDA Members, downtown business owners, and downtown building owners.

The goal of this four-week academy is to:

• Provide downtown merchants with the avenue to effectively communicate with law enforcement.
• Teach downtown merchants how to take an active role as the eyes and ears in the downtown area.
• Encourage crime prevention in terms of self-awareness and public safety.

Week 4 Agenda

• 7:00 PM – Community policing: Chief Nielsen and Commander Fitzgerald
• 8:00 PM – Community response to mental health issues: Kyle Dennehy -Cascade Mental Health
