Our grant programs are designed to revitalize and enhance our city's downtown area. Through this program, eligible business and building owners can apply for financial assistance to support various projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall development and vibrancy of the downtown district. These grants aim to stimulate economic growth, improve infrastructure, foster cultural and artistic endeavors, and create a more attractive and inviting urban environment for residents and visitors alike.

This grant is an opportunity for any downtown building or business owners to promote and enhance safety measures, such as improving lighting, enhancing security systems, or installing new locks.
The application process will be open for as long as funding is available; funding cycle is based one calendar year and renewed on an annual basis.

This grant offers financial and technical assistance to business and property owners seeking to make small-scale improvements to their buildings, including but not limited to painting, signage, flowers, or art. Businesses may also use these grants for business development and enhancements such as help with marketing packages, upgraded POS systems, etc.
