The CDA brings together residents, merchants, and leaders to create a vibrant downtown Centralia. We preserve what matters, build what’s needed, and celebrate who we are.
The CDA focuses on what matters most. We support local merchants, improve our streets and spaces, and bring people together through events that celebrate Centralia.
We champion the businesses that make downtown worth visiting.
Clean, attractive spaces draw people in and keep them coming back.
Events and gatherings remind us why we belong here together.
Local merchants are the heart of downtown. We connect them with customers who value what they build.
Wether you are new to town, just visiting, or a long resident and property owner, we want to get you connected for a better Downtown Centralia.

We understand what it takes to run a business downtown. The CDA connects you with customers, improves foot traffic, and creates an environment where commerce thrives.
Centralia's downtown has character and history. The CDA ensures visitors find something genuine, something worth remembering, something worth coming back for.
The CDA exists because downtown Centralia matters. We bring together residents who live here, merchants who work here, and leaders who believe in what’s possible. We preserve the history that defines us, build the future we want, and celebrate the people who make it all work.
The CDA works through collaboration. We listen to what residents need, support what merchants want to build, and coordinate with civic leaders to make real change happen.
Understanding what matters to you is where everything starts. We hold conversations, attend meetings, and stay present in the community.
Good intentions aren’t enough. We develop strategies that work, set clear goals, and commit to the long view.
Plans become real through work. We organize events, support businesses, and improve our public spaces with purpose.
Results matter. We track what’s working, adjust when needed, and stay accountable to the people who believe in this place.
The CDA measures progress in real terms.
