  • Have parking courtesy and leave Tower Ave & spaces in front of businesses available for our customers.

  • There are free lots and spaces on Pearl & Railroad Ave for our downtown owners and employees. Remember, it is illegal to park in alleys.

  • Keep your storefront clean and clear.

  • Leave an interior light on at night for safety.

  • Participate in downtown activities.

  • Be aware of ADA compliance and walkability when puttingsigns, A frames, or merchandise on the sidewalk.

  • Promote your business, but do not leave flyers on cars.

  • Come to Merchant Coffee on Fridays at 8:30ish!
